INTERNET BOOKING RATES

Regular Rate:

$135/night or $795/week for 2 guests.
 Add $10/night or $70/week each additional guest.

High Season Rate (June 17th - August 19th):

$150/night or $995/week for 2 guests.
 Add $10/night or $70/week each additional guest.

Holiday Season Rate (December 17th - January 2nd):

$1095/week for up to 4 guests.
 Add $10/night or $70/week each additional guest.

Holiday Season Rate (Dec 17th - Jan 2nd 2006): $995/week for 2 guests.
 Add $10/night or $70/week each additional guest.

3 night minimum stay, 5 nights or more in Summer, 7 nights at Holiday
HOWEVER, shorter stays between established bookings are welcome, so please inquire.
 

NORMAL out-cleaning charge: $100 for 2 guests, $125 for 3 or more guests.
11.42% State taxes. $400 refundable security deposit applies. Available Year-Round.
