Aloha and Welcome to

Kamahana 5

Framed by sheer mountains that plunge into azure water, Princeville enjoys Kauai's most divine setting.

In this large, end-unit townhouse's over 2000 square feet of spacious seclusion, relax with Hawaiian art, pictures, and memorabilia, in a tastefully furnished environment. Wake up to the fragrance of plumeria and enjoy your morning coffee viewing ocean surf, tropical birds, and whales off the bluff. Set in beautifully landscaped grounds with pool, our Princeville townhouse is cooled by fresh trade wind breezes. Ceiling fans gently caress you with fresh tropical air.

A large, oversized master suite, with comfortable king-size bed, master bath, sitting area, lanai, and walk-in closet, is upstairs. A master suite, or second bedroom with queen-size bed is on the first level, along with bath. Adjacent to the golf course, this two bedroom, two bath, large end unit, over 2000 square feet, face beautiful green vistas over a world famous golf course on Kauai.

On the lower floor, the bedroom, kitchen, as well as living and dining area open to patio, lawn and yard with view of the Pacific Ocean. The upper floor has a private or shared entrance, with either master suite with sitting area, or bedroom, a den with futon sofa for one adult or two children, a large bath, and a lanai with stunning mountain views.

Go reef snorkeling, surfing, and sun bathing at several beaches within a five minute drive. Enjoy the Princeville Hotel gracing an ocean bluff, with marble lobby and guest floors descending toward the ocean. The open-air design brings the outside in, as if tranquil Hanalei Bay were in your own backyard.

For Golfers:

Robert Trent Jones's Prince course is a wild child, stretching 7309 yards and often slashing its way through deep thicket.

The Makai ("towards the sea") presents three nines - the Ocean, Lakes and Woods - that are more player-friendly.

Playing early improves your chances of nabbing a table on the lanai at the Princeville Hotel Living Room, where the sushi is always fresh and the sunsets are never less than dazzling.

Some of the many exciting things to do in Kauai are: Hiking the Kalalau Trail for unbelievable views of ancient cliffs, waterfalls, beaches and the Blue Pacific Ocean. Seeing mountains that rise from the ocean floor to majestic levels, rainbows and waterfalls that tumble down steep mountain sides as you walk the paths here in the beautiful gated community of Princeville.

* Enjoying water activities on this earth's most beautiful beaches.

* Kayaking up the nearby rivers that connect the waterfalls to the ocean.

* Do not take a chance at less on your ‘Paradise’ trip to Hawaii's Romantic Garden Isle of Kauai. This fabulous by owner Hawaiian townhouse rental is guaranteed to be the best value available on Kauai!
